Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers on route alerts, exclusivity, and logistics.
How do the email alerts work?
We send an email to our local business list when a new zip code route opens (e.g., Newburgh or Beacon). Ad spaces are strictly limited by mailer size. It is strictly first-come, first-serve. The first business to sign the contract claims their category.
What if another business in my industry claims the spot first?
If another pizza shop or roofer beats you to the drop, you are locked out of that specific mailer. However, you can request priority placement for the next nearby zip code, or sign a multi-drop contract to lock in your category for the entire year.
How do I know the mail actually got delivered?
We use Escrow.com for all transactions. You fund the escrow account when you sign the contract. We do not receive those funds until the campaign is officially verified and delivered by USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM).
Do I have to design the ad myself?
No. Our in-house team designs your ad space for you—this is included in the flat cost. You approve the final proof before anything goes to print.
Have deeper questions about the process?
We maintain a comprehensive knowledge base covering escrow security, ad design specifications, and USPS delivery verification.
