Everything you need to know about our execution, security protocols, and route logistics.
Alerts & Exclusivity
How many businesses are on each mailer?
The number of ad spaces varies depending on the mailer size we run for that route (6x11, 9x12, or 11x15). However, the core rule never changes: strictly one business per industry category.
How fast do routes sell out?
It depends on the density of the zip code, but high-value categories (Roofing, HVAC, Legal) typically lock within 2 to 4 hours of the email alert being sent.
Can I lock down a route for the whole year?
Yes. To avoid fighting for your spot every month, you can sign a multi-drop contract to guarantee your category exclusivity in a specific zip code for 6 or 12 months.
Escrow & Payments
Why do you use Escrow.com?
Escrow protects both parties. We don't want to chase invoices, and you shouldn't pay for marketing until it's actually delivered. You fund the escrow account upfront, but the money isn't released to us until USPS officially verifies the EDDM drop.
Are there any hidden design or postage fees?
No. The flat rate ($700 or $1,400) covers full lifecycle execution. It includes ad design, commercial printing, freight, USPS postage, and local delivery. Zero hidden fees.
What happens if a drop is canceled?
If a specific mailer does not reach the required capacity to go to print, the campaign is canceled, and your funds are immediately released back to you from Escrow.com.
Design & USPS Logistics
Do I need to supply my own artwork?
No. You only need to provide your logo, your offer, and any specific photos of your work. Our in-house team handles the layout, typography, and CTA optimization to ensure the ad converts.
Do I get to approve the ad before it prints?
Absolutely. You will receive a high-resolution digital proof of the entire mailer. Nothing goes to the commercial printer until every business on the card signs off on their space.
How do you select the neighborhoods?
We use USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) carrier route data. We analyze median household income, homeownership rates, and route density to select the highest-performing 10,000 homes in targeted zip codes like Newburgh, Beacon, and Fishkill.
